Most of the time, which is really, all of the time, life in the BPO industry is quite hectic and requires attention to attendances, campaign status, timestamps and EOD reports, among other things.
Of course, the BPO industry is populated with the most flexible and adaptive workforce. We take time to breathe a little, so that we may dig into our tasks with renewed interest. New campaigns require new training, skill updates and more work.
